Designer handbags would seem to be the domain of the fop and artiste. But the rougher, rugged side of fashion is digging this new kind of fashion accessory.
Fashion accessories are complex for most men: although there are tons of different wallets, watches, jewellery, and other fashion accessories geared for men, many guys feel self-conscious about over-accessorizing. This is particularly true when it comes to designer handbags: Europe tried to introduce the “man purse” as far back as the turn of the 20th century and, while it has resurfaced somewhat here in te early 21st century, most guys are careful about what kind of bag they might use.
To date, the most you’ll see men carrying are briefcases, bike messenger bags, and backpacks.
