Returns and Refunds

Not happy with your purchase? No problem. If you've simply changed your mind, just return the products to us in their original packaging and condition for a full refund of the purchase price, less posting and handling.

If you'd like a refund because there was something wrong with one or more of the products, you'll get a full refund including the posting and handling for the defective product(s).

In either case, please just send us an email at info@goingdancing.com.au to let us know what's going on. We want to keep all of our customers happy, and we'll do what we can to help you.

Currency

All prices on www.goingdancing.com.au are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

Delivery Policy

Unless otherwise noted in your order, all orders will be shipped within 2 business days.

Please note that some products, such as the Photo Engraving products, have to be specially ordered and will take longer to get to you. This will clearly be marked on the product description page. Everything else is available to be shipped. If there are any unforeseen problems, we'll let you know immediately by email or phone.

Country of Origin

Our physical office and storeroom is located in Mandurah, Western Australia. We don't have any retail shops... yet!
